Our Commitment to Compliance
At VIBRANT GOLD TRADING LLC, we are committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and financial crime. As a UAE-licensed precious metals dealer operating in both traditional and digital assets, we follow strict compliance procedures in line with:
- UAE Central Bank and Ministry of Economy regulations
- Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) requirements
- Global standards set by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF)
Know Your Customer (KYC)
We verify the identity of all our customers before processing gold sales, crypto payments, or buybacks. This includes:
- Government-issued ID (Emirates ID or Passport)
- Proof of address and contact information
- Source of funds when required
- Enhanced due diligence (EDD) for high-risk individuals or large transactions
Crypto Transactions
For payments made using cryptocurrency (e.g., USDT, BTC, ETH):
- We accept payments only from non-sanctioned wallets
- Transactions are screened for suspicious behavior
- Crypto addresses may be checked against watchlists
- We do not accept anonymous or privacy-focused coins
Monitoring & Reporting
Our systems monitor transactions for unusual patterns such as:
- Structuring or multiple small deposits
- Sudden high-value purchases
- Activity inconsistent with a customer’s profile
Suspicious activity is reported to the UAE Financial Intelligence Unit (goAML) as required by law.
Data Protection & Recordkeeping
All customer and transaction data is securely stored and retained in compliance with UAE legal standards. We do not share personal information with third parties unless required by law.
Compliance Oversight
Our internal AML Compliance Officer oversees all onboarding, screening, and reporting processes to ensure our business remains fully compliant.
